Compared with other types of cooling towers, the counterflow closed cooling tower(CCCT) occupies a smaller area, has a more compact structure, and has a strong heat exchange capacity of a single unit. Compared with other tower types, the most important feature is the design of no filler, which can effectively prevent the scaling of the filler and other problems. It is suitable for the occasions of large water volume, high water temperature, sandy environment, hard water, and easy scaling of filler.
● The sheet can be made of magnesium-aluminum-zinc plated or stainless steel panel with high corrosion resistance;
● The coil can be made of stainless steel or copper, with more well heat exchange effect and long service life;
● Fan multiple combinations, in the lower ambient temperature, can close part of the fans, the energy consumption is lower;
● The range of water handling capacity of a single unit is 30-600m3/h.
● The coil has an inclined angle, which is more conducive to drainage and anti-freezing in winter;
● No filler design, suitable for the northwest region in China and areas with large sand and hard water.
